Crank seals Bearings Oil seal and gaskets Tank sprayed and decaled Side panels rear mudguard painted Since I have had the bike I have bought the elusive tool box cover (not cheap), those in the know are aware these are pretty much always missing, chain and sprockets, rear footpegs. The bike has two bad points, these are: 1) The clutch I feel could do with replacing, bikes changes through the gears no problems, but there is a little difficulty in engaging neutral when the bike is running, and there is a very small bit of clutch drag, only noticeable when accelerating with a bit of gusto, saying that the bike completed the Colombres festival in Spain in October 2009 even carrying a pillion without so much as a hiccup. 2) There is a small weep on the head, I have been informed by the previous owner the thread might be slightly stripped on the cylinder bolt causing the cylinder bolt not to nip up. These two jobs I am more than happy to get done if an acceptable offer is received, but these dont retract from the overall condition of the bike. The frame hasnt been painted but is in very nice condition, the wheels are good as is the exhaust, headlamp, indicators clocks etc. The bike started life in Germany and came into the UK in around 2005/2006 and was sold by Redrose Retro Bikes as a project bike not yet UK registered. welded stainless. Features powder coated frame all new front fork internals, Boyer ignition and charging systems, AM4 linings in front brake . The enigine is a godden Max speedway with new bigend ( done by Don Godden himself ) with a 2 ltr vauxhaul piston machined to fit, its a turbo piston which mean the compression ration is lowish, but a have a standard vauxhall piston that is almost reading to fit . These engines have total loss oiling the oil recovery is by crank case compression, thius work supprisinly well , If I made it again I would have mounted it lower. New 34mm Mk2 concentrinc carb The frame has a dating cert ( 1955 ) from the norton owners club , When I registered it the DVLA would give me an age related Reg doc so its on a Q plate, I had no problem getting classic insurance on it ( £60 /yr) BSA gearbox fitted with Norton clutch The rev counter cable is brocken at presnt and it would be better if it had an angle gearbox . Alloy rims both have slight flats but I have always got an MOT without a problem. The massive air scoop is not of my making air. This bike has only done 350 miles since it was built, I can`t guarentee reliability and if I was sensible I would have used a different engine. under the impresion i was going to keep it forever so i striped it down and started triking her up, We had a new piston fitted full hotrods crank assembly every bearing and seal in the engine new cluch plates ,steels springs and fibers. I sent the rads off to gmx got them seam welded and braced, full new plastic kit with graphics, boysten carbon reeds ,i re-packed the exhaust. the bike has had a recent did oring chain and renthal sprokets. As u cn see by the pictures the bike cums with a full pro circuit pipe and boysten cluch and ignitin covers as well as tallon wheels, The bike is in exelent condition for its age and please feel free to cum and view the bike , i am avalable most of the time. its hardly been used since i got it new cost me £750 from a motorbike shop near me its great fun to ride and is very fast for a small bike it has a 4 stroke reliable engine pulls well im 13.5 stone and it goes anywhere any hill no problem it also sounds great. the bike rides as new and only had about 10 hours use if that as u can see it pictures its in great condtion all over and ive not even cleaned it yet but it will be cleaned for winning bidder before pick up. ive had it out after been stored for 3 months and got it going after awhile no problem can take some starting when cold or been stood but once warmed up it kicks first time after that . good points still like new runs sweet and sounds sweet hardly any use form new 1 owner just had a full oil change the tyres are likebrand new still got bobbly bits on few bad points not much i had to change trottle cable and it was a bit big so i added a bit of plastic and some tape over to stop it movin works spot on the plastics have a few marks and paint rubbed off this is from it bemoved from 1 spot to another all its life it gets in way 2 much thats why im selling no point letting a good bike stand and go to waste. the back brake pedal has come off i think all the parts are there to put back on i have no idea how it goes tho . all in all a great starter bike for some young rider X

managed to find a top end for it but it was already at full rebore size. So I sent it away to be relinered back to standard. I fitted a new piston, little end, little end washers, rings, top end gasket set,etc etc ALL GENUINE Suzuki parts ! ! So now it runs, then when I got it running I found the exhaust was holed, so I got a replacement expansion chamber shipped over from japan (very expensive). So now it is running and sounding great. I replaced the tyres for road tyres I still have the motocross tyres and they have very good tread left on them Bridgestone both front and rear. Took it for a mot it failed on front fork seals, left grip loose, and rear brake disc warped. So i replaced the fork seals and fork slider bushes, and that is where it is now. So it needs rear disc and a pair of grips and it will be mot ready. It has cost me £230 for piston etc, £130 for reliner, £170 for exhaust, £40 for fork seals etc, £40 for road tyres, So all it needs now are these little bits and you are away this bike is lots of fun but I haven`t given it much as it has only done 28kms since being rebuilt and will need a quick set up once ran in. But it is really powerful due to power valve on this model it will lift the front wheel easly ! So all in all a fun bike for green laneing or commuting of just being a hooligan on ! I am now going back to Motox. The bike is in full enduro spec which includes: Full Ohlins suspension front and rear Full FMF power bomb exhaust Large tank Black excel rims Haan hubs ASV unbreakable leavers Aluminium bash plate Acerbis wrap round hand guards Fat swivel pegs Loads of little anodised bits. At the moment there is no MOT on the bike as I have used it for racing, but will put a ticket on if needed. The bike has been maintained regardless of cost at my local Yamaha dealer. Regular oil and filter changes. I have only done 2 meetings and a few practice meetings, so probably done about 11 hours since I have owned it. This bike has not been used on the road. It has new chain and sprockets, front tyre is good but the rear will need changing soon. Comes with original tank and some plastics. every ride and just had new valves and shims fitted. starts first time, the bike has electric start and kickstart with it being the enduro version. The bike has conti-heavy duty innertubes in front and back, tyres are are in good condition with a recent new back tyre. I have fitted rad braces on the bike, sump guard and has just had a new battery fitted. This is not the usual rubbish that you would find and has been looked after regardless first to see will buy, genuine reason for sale due to wanting to upgrade and try a 450. Note on the pictures that i have put on the bike has an akropovic slip-on exhaust fitted, this can be bought at an extra cost, but the bike will be sold with the standard exhaust fitted. been set up for a 5 stone rider. The forks are Marzocchi Shivers and have been re oiled and re sprung and the rear shock has been re gased and a different spring fitted. Both were done by Chris Mills of Powerband Suspension. This is a very fast bike with an aluminium rear swinging arm, a Cobra race pipe and V force reeds. This bike has had fortunes spent on a THOROUGH and comprehensive rebuild, its had a FULL motor strip, with a new cylinder liner and standard piston, rings,bearings and mains seals, with the barrel bead blasted, the gearbox checked fully. A new Pro Form full power pipe exhaust and end can, new YZ250 Tank (slimmer better to race with) and new side panels/graffix. Seat perfect no rips or tears. The front forks were completely rebuilt, with new seals,bushes, heavy duty springs and oil, the rear shock was in perfect condition so was left alone. its got BILLET custom made yolks with gold Pro Taper Fat Bars, all cables, also a lovely BILLET rear brake torque arm. This bike also had both wheels rebuilt using gold SM Pro Rims with stainless steel spokes, new tubes,tyres , rim tape and Pirelli Tyres, all done by Central Wheel Coleshill with powder coated hubs. The brakes had new shoes it has the FANTASIC twin leading shoe front which is VERY powerfull as it was set up by a professional MX guy. and the usual airbox mod. the front brake lever and mount , the no board and rear mudguard are missing, the one in the picture is a much later addition. this bike is a great start for restoration as I have had it running, it sounds nice and crisp, the only problems mechanically are that It will need new clutch friction plates as the final outer one has broken up, and the rear shock will need a rebuild and the rear wheel bearings have play. even the original stickers remain on the rad cap, fork legs etc, the whole exhaust is original and good apart fron a ding at the bottom of the downpipe, I have loosely placed the clutch cover back on, so inspection is welcome. happy bidding, you dont often find them like this and those that know will appreciate thart the value of this bike will only go up, as it was the very first liquid cooled monoshock suzuki crosser. Also comes with proper off road tyres and old exhaust system. I only use Castrol TTS fully synthetic 2 stroke oil. I have fitted a full DEP exhaust system to the bike and the bike is fully de-restricted. This has improved the performance massively and it is now good for 80 -90 mph, which is pretty good for a 125. The power valve has been fully opened during the full service carried out in April. Service book available. Head was chipped by a stone when I bought it, but went through the MOT. The careful maintenance undertaken by the previous owner has been continued by me, with frequent filter and carb cleaning and oil changes using Putoline oil. The bike has had some worthwhile mods: 2008 Kit camshaft with HotStart mechanism fitted, Ignition coil moved for protection and fitted inside a small stainless box (can be seen on the right hand side of the motor in the photos), carbon frame protectors, carbon exhaust protector, Domino slow action throttle and grips, Hebo pegs Not road registered but comes complete with a Certificate of Newness from Malcolm Rathmell Sport to enable registration if you want. Lights etc are present, handlebar switch removed to protect it from damage and will be supplied. As you can see from the pictures its in all round great condition and will serve the next owner well.
