Honda CR for sale

it at 6 meetings in 2009 and have done 8 meetings this year, the bike has done no more than 20 Hours. The bike has been maintained to a very high standard, after every 2 meetings the engine oil and filter is changed aswell as the gearbox oil. The Air Filter is changed after every ride. Valves inspected after every 2 meetings. The Suspension last month has been completley rebuilt, front all revalved etc, rear all re-gassed, linkage rebuilt with new bearings and modified, this was done by ex HRC suspension technician. have ridden larger bike for quite awhile and this bike has all the touque you`ll ever need. Very easy to ride, not as aggressive as a 450 but would pull a house down. Oil changed after every ride. Standard bike, comes with all brembo, wp and all the standard trick bits. Parts are cheaper than any jap bike. Selling due to lack of use plus i`ve just had a hernia op. Comes with both manuals. Has a few scraps and marks on it, (not a dog with new plastics). So go on and be abit different at the practise track, its a crowd drawer with everone respecting the 550 ( if only they knew how easy it is to ride). the second owner. I`m the 3rd owner and I bought the bike in 09. When I bought the bike I did the following work: New chain and sprockets fitted New Inlet valves fitted and changed to steel, all valves lapped and re-shimmed New oe piston fitted 2 new throttle cables and new hot start cable fitted New air filter Forks serviced with new bushes seals and oils, swingarm / headstock and suspension linkage all stripped cleaned and regreased. Bike has done 6 hours since all this work Oil and filter changed every ride, transmission every second. Bike starts easily cold or hot and has been cared for and maintained to a high standard and looks cleaner than most 07 CRF`s. It runs and rides properly and is quick! superb and corners even better due to the steering damper that is on the bike, the bike has had oil and filters every 2nd ride and shims and cam chain checks every 4th ride and has not needed a shim replaced to date. The bike is a late `08` purchased on 26/09/08 from TRD, the bike has a service book with stamps and history. This bike is a great all rounder, suits all, and so very easy to ride. The bike has had very little use approx 27-30HRS. Over the last year I have been working away and hardly ever got to ride the bike, and when I do get home I need to spend time with the family, so she says, haha. I will sell the bike in two different options. The 1st option will be the bike and some extras which are already fitted and The 2nd option will be the bike and the full parts list. 6 months ago. As you can see it has white plastics with rockwell graphics, the plastics have scuffs on it as youd expect from a motorcross bike. it has gold pro taper bars, with red unbreakable asv levers. i have just recently had wiseco valves and wossner piston kit, which ive only ridden around 5 hours on since they were installed, everything runs as it should on this bike as there are no faults or problems. there is one or two bad points e.g. the plastics are a bit scuffed from riding. one of the foot pegs is snapped but still rideable just could do with replacing. ive swapped the oil and air filters on a regular basis to keep it maintained. if you need to know anything feel free to email me or ring me on 07403131491 after 5pm. i will not deliver Cash on collection only X

and brought a bike for green laneing and the crf never got used. When i bought it it had all the origanal spares kit origanal chain and sprockets, front tyre and grips. Since then i have done 13 races on it. One of the valves started to close up, this happened twice so i thought to be safe it would be a good idea to stick some steel valves in.Also at the same time because i had the piston in the spares kit i decided to put that in aswell. All the work was done by my dad who is a fully tained motorcycle machanic, working for harly davidson for over 6 years. The bike has since done two hours. The bike is in mint condition as u can see, it starts first time hot or cold. The reason i am selling is i have just had a go on my friends ktm who has just quit and now iv finaly made the desision that the ktm is the bike im going to keep. Of course i have only ridden it without a front brake on a field so not had it anywhere near what it can do. Can deliver within region for a reasonable fee or pick up. As stated bike is complete but does need a little TLC to get it up to standard. There is a slight leek on the exhaust seal to the head but no damage. probably just need striping and cleaning.
