is stated in most eBay ads, I`ve ridden it twice since taking it in part-ex on another bike from a friend it had had a top end service and valves replaced, compression is good and there are no nasty noises amazingly for a CRF it starts easily and has no popping or banging when riding. Since Owning it I have changed the oils twice once with filter when I first got it and after the last ride.The rides were full days practise at Essex and Riverside. Riverside being the last ride last October just before it closed.The last owner fitted new O ring chain, Talon sprockets and new Acrebis plastics with Rockwell Grafics kit shortly before I got it. The bike is fited with Fat bars and associated clamps New set of Dunlop MX51 tyres that have done the two practise days, the rear wheel has a Talon Hub. it starts with just 1 or 2 kicks hot or cold. I have added Excel wheels with Talon hubs. Front 17" x 3.5 and Rear 17" x 4.25, the tires fitted are Maxxis Road Legal cut slicks. A Motomaster front caliper and a Braking oversize front disc, (this certainly makes you stop) There is a new DID X-Ring chain just fitted and the sprockets currently on for supermoto are 16 front, 42 rear. I also have a 13 front and 52 rear for off road use. The off road wheels & Tyres are included in the sale. The bike has a Doma exhaust system and the suspension has been upgraded with Bud Racing suspension, which also included fork intenals and lighter oil. I have fitted new plastics and graphics but I also have the old set of plastics for off orad use which you can see in pictures and are near new condition, I also have some spare plastics, some of which are brand new and some used. I fitted a Trailtech Supermoto Side Stand for convenience when on the road. The bike was only just MOT`d last month and has 11 months remaining along with 11 months tax. a year ago when I bought the bike, to try it for some local greenlaning which it proved to work very well at. A very quick and nice sounding bike which starts and runs well. It has had regularly serviced engine and gearbox oils, filters. The valve clearances have just been checked and are ok. had regular oil and filter changes after every 2 outings and whenever it has needed anything it has got it from full engine rebuild to chain and sprockets.I havent really used it in the last year only 2 hare and hound outings the tyres are in good condition and all the plastics are good no cracks or splits this bike isnt for the fain hearted as it will perform to the best of your abilities and beyond.It has got a full fmf gold series exhaust and is geared down 2sizes on rear sprocket 48t not standard 50t it helps keep the front wheel down. If i was been critical i would say that it requires a chain some time soon but thats me been honest. If it reaches a decent price i will throw in the centre stand and also a pair of motorcross boots size 11. bike as I was planning to either spend a little time and money on making it into an immaculate bike or just have a little fun on it.but just been signed off work due to a prolapsed disk in my back ,been advised to rest for a few months, This is a serious bike the age of it is nothing to be worried about parts are easier and cheaper to get hold of! I have owned this for about 2 years, I used to race when I was a young teenager and i had the urge to do it again now I am older so bourght this bike 2 years ago but I just never get time. Used 6 times during ownership. i know every seller says "little use" but this really is. Maintained to a very high standard everything lubricated after washing etc chain left lubricated and always always run off the carburreta after use so it keeps the reeds and jets clean and free as the petrol evaporates and leaves an oily residue causing maintainance problems, loads of new parts fitted as and when required, I run it with slightly more oil in the fuel but as i only ride for recreational use I don`t see the point it thrashing them or letting the engine get hot by low oil mixture. Strong compression and very good starter. Bike has black excel rims DEP exhaust, good tyres with lots of tread plus gold rear sprocket. Wavey Discs front and back and relatively new pads front and back. ONE industries graphics Serviced regularly including full strip down inspection and re assembly, replacing whatever is necessary. all ID marks as they should be. Very clean and tidy, no nasty scratches or scuffs, rides loverly with no gearbox noise or wheel bearing issues etc - any inspection welcome including riding it Included in sale is :- 1. plug recent engine rebuild new chain and sprocket, (about 6 hours use) new fork seals good tread on both tyres fairly new air filter 2002 model LOADS left on brake pads strong powerband through every gear small wheel version (lots of fun) The bike runs smoothly and shifts through the gears nicely just like it should, it has allways been well maintained by washing and oiling after every use and changing the oil after every month or so. It starts first or second kick every time, has never let me down! VERY reliable and well kept engine. It does have some scrtaches and small amounts of wear as you would expect from a used bike. The only small issue i can think of is that i broke a small piece of metal off the front brake, so i have put a nut and bolt on instead so it is a bit loose but works perfectly(see picture). I have never raced it and i know the engine won`t need another re build for a LONG time. Will chuck in a motorcross helmet, full gasket set and oils, oil measure and exhaust plug!! Just hope it goes to a good home! Genuine reason for sale, i need the money to buy myself a road bike.
