after every ride, all moving parts are well oiled and lubricated and its always coated in wd40!. The bike has Renthal handel bars which are really good and also has RFX unbreakable leavers on it. It has a Leo Vince x3 exhaust which sounds amazing and gives it some extra power and has adjustable buffles. I`ve recently had a new set of sprokets and chain put on and a new rear inner tube. I`ve never raced this bike, its only been ridden round the farm and hasnt had a tough life. I`ve been riding with mates on 85s that can`t get near this thing and its incredible power ,i`m reluctant to sell but has to go. she`s now gone back to an rvf400 which she prefers.i bought the bike as an enduro bike and fitted race shortened mw suspension,supermoto wheels(excel,talon)bar risers to drop the forks through more,a shortened link for the rear suspension,big disc and talon bracket,a sticker kit and pink grips!..don`t worry,i will throw in some renthal ones if pinks not your thing!i also trimmed the seat down too and anyone 5 foot 4 can now put both feet down flat.i kept all the enduro parts,forks,shock,wheels,link etc as well,so the bikes as well suited to a 6 foot 15 stoner as a lady.i also had the top end rebuilt by dave clarke racing with piston and valves etc,so she`s ready to go and runs like a dream.this bike is also 33 bhp legal if that`s a concern,although you`d need a dyno run to prove this.there`s a long mot on it and it hasn`t done much,probably 4 hours since the rebuild.it`s the electric start one as well.so,to sum up,this is the only way to get your girl looking cool on a real supermoto,or great for the shorter rider who would find a crf too tall,or easily put back to enduro spec.i also have a crf450 seat if you wanted to make the seatfoam standard again.if you sold the enduro parts you`d have 300 quid and a cool supermoto.if you sold the supermoto parts you`d have nearly a thousand quid and a cool enduro.and if you kept all the X | £1360.00  | |||||||

New large bowl for the bottom of the carb. this part comes standard on the motocross bike it stops bogging and swishing of fuel out of the bowl in the carb. it holds more fuel. | 5. Old trail exhaust comes with the bike aswell. | 6. Michelin mooses for the bike which are not cheap at all. | Bad points. | 1. that you get with an enduro bike. The bike has only been used at the weekends for green laning and starts, runs, and sounds brilliant. Its never let me down and is excellent for down the lanes. It was stripped down last winter with all the lighting system wiring loom replaced and every nut and bolt checked. The full day/night MOT expires on the 16/03/2013 and TAX on the 28/02/2013. It was serviced recently with new air filter, oil filter, iridium spark plug, oil and coolant. Also fitted a motion pro oil filter magnet. The bike is registered on a 55 plate. Replaced December 2011-the steering, upper rear shock, swingarm and swingarm linkage bearings and seals were replaced with All Balls bearing and seal kits. January 2012-the throttle, clutch and hot start cable were replaced. The front sprocket shaft collar, oil seal and o ring were replaced. A new XC lighting system wiring loom was fitted. Febuary 2012-a renthal front spocket and renthal o ring chain was fitted. An apico evolite red rear sprocket was fitted. March 2012-michelin ultra heavy duty inner tubes fitted front and rear. And a wavey front disc brake fitted. I have receipts for all of the above, Bad points No speedo, the speedo drive is there and the power supply for the speedo light. Never bothered me down the lanes. This bike is most suited to the 8 - 12yr olds - unless of course your youngster has a bit of experience.My son purchased this bike himself (with some inheritance money) from Fowlers in Bristol about four years ago, paying just shy of £800. He learnt to ride on this machine, but never really used it for serious moto X as he just outgrew it and bought a 125CC. Since that time, we have played around on it a few times every year and then put it away again. In four years, this bike has had no more than 20hrs use. My son has now decided that he wants a sailing dinghy, so the bikes are going to finance his latest dream.The bike is a 70cc, which means its got more torque and more speed than a fifty. Its slightly higher and heavier than most 50cc bikes too. However, it is a good starter because of the semi automatic 3 speed gear box. Its just a quick clunk up and down, no need to find the biting point.There has been no fiddling around with the jets or the engine, it is all standard. for about three years by his young son who outgrew it. It was stood up for three years in a garage and not used. It has since had new piston rings fitted and valves ground in and new top end gaskets. It has also had an oil change and new chain fitted. The bike was cleaned up to sell on and had the frame and other parts repainted with new plastics all round and new grips. The original plastics will be included but are scratched. The chainguard is missing and the side stand needs replacing but there is a temporary sidestand to park it up but needs to be removed before riding, although someone with a welder could make necessary adjustments to enable it to be fitted safely. Apart from these two points it is a sound reliable fast bike. Please feel free to email questions but as this is being sold for someone else it may take a day or two to respond. Payment will be cash on collection, no cheques and please no time wasters. I have for sale is my CRF490. Over the past six months i have built this bike with great attention todetail and at great cost. When I purchased it late 2011 it was a bit of a shedand needed the usual motocross wear and tear parts replacing. So I stripped itdown and started building my ultimate motocross dream bike. | I started by having the frame andswing arm bead blasted, acid dipped and powder coated in satin black. This isvery durable hard wearing and looks amazing. Along with the frame I had all theengine casings powder coated at great cost, the inner casings in metallicsilver and outer casings in gold. It means all you have to do is wash it and itlooks like new again unlike aluminium which goes dull over time. | When putting the engine backtogether it had a new Hot Rods crank fitted plus every bearing, seal and Gasketpossible. Its got a new Hindson clutch basket along with full clutchplate/spring kit. To try improve traction and increase the torque of the engineI got a heavyweight flywheel as well. I fit a full vertex Big Bore 490ccCylinder kit which is a very nice piece of engineering and is finished of verywell. To ensure good starting and reliability I got a new cylinder head andstage 3 Hotcam as recommended by Vertex with new valves fitted and shimmed by aprofessional engine builder. in supermoto trim purely as a sunny day toy, which unfortunately has to go to make way for a everyday use road bike. The bike has been raced in the past, but since then has had a full rebuild with forged piston and rod and all new seals and gaskets approximately 16hrs ago,(I still have the old piston as a spare as it is fine to use). As you can tell from the pictures the plastics are not in mint condition but it is still a real head turner and runs like a dream. The bike comes as is with all the spares, including Enduro wheels with good tyres and Enduro mudguard, as well as the smaller front caliper to go with them. I also have a pair of used cut slicks for the supermoto wheels. The bike has a quickshift fitted, but it is disconnected at the moment as it makes for a real handfull on the road. the bike maintained. previous owner raced for 1 season at polsworth amca. i have only riden the bike once in the last four months. its got a s7 dep power bomb exhaust £380 new tyres had only 6 hours use, new grips, new chain and front and rear sprockets also only had 6 hours use, its got silco coulerd hoses, zeta bend back levers worth £100, carbon tank cover and carbon enginge guard just had new bottom linckage bearings done, sharpend footpegs and wavey disks. this bike is extremely fast so not for the faint hearted, because of the dep exaust it sounds amazing. the plastics and graffics will need changing as are looking abit tatty also got a small tear in seat cover but this is tacken off the price. no test pilots unless got van kees in my hand. this bike is in all round good condition and will be a pleasure to own. £1,800 ONO also this bike is advertised elswere(07973301030) (07837753320) X | £1800.00 | |||||||
