it.Frame blasted and repaintedall new linkage, wheel and headstock bearings.new Dep front pipeOhlins rear shock serviced and new Ohlins shock spring for a 14.5 stone rider.Purple Talon wheels with new tyres front and back.New plastics (1996) as I feel they look better.Mcgrath Graphics.New seat cover.New works clutch perch/lever and cablenew gear lever.New front and rear sprockets.New chain.Complete engine rebuild, gaskets, seals, main bearings, big end, small end, conrod, piston.New clutch plates.This bike is ready to go the only thing that i can fault it on is the forks weep slightly i didnt have these serviced as i have a set of Marzocchi 45`s freshly rebuilt and the lower tubes have just been repainted that i was going to slip in, these will be for sale and the winner can have first refusal.I have run the bike in today for 3/4 hr and she feels great the only reason im selling is i have just got another project bike i have been after for a while and will need the money to complete.These bikes where great in the day and will still be run with the modern bikes today and with a super evo class due to kick off in the very near future will only ever go up in price.collection within 3 days of auction endany questions just ask advertised locally so retain the right to end auction at any time. rear tyre , front wheel bearings and forks seals. all done professionally.full set of almost new plastics,renthal handle bars,renthal bar clamps,new seat cover,v force reed valves,iridium spark plug,new twin air air filter, Please note this bike has been maintained to a very high standard regardless of cost , after every outing the spark plug and air filter is changed and i spend atleast 2 hours polishing the frame , you can see your own reflection in the frame it is that clean but due to poor camera quality you can not really see how clean it is , must be seen in person to appreciate the true condition of my bike its in superb condition , very powerful, starts 1st kick, 1st to see will buy!selling my toys to help fund new convertiable for the summer well if we get one,for any more info feel free to call or txt me on 07508736857. to Cornwall 2 years ago to buy this one! Since then I have ridden it a handful of times just for fun on short local runs. It has been through just 3 tanks of fuel since the last engine overhaul and it sounds crisp, sweet and tight. | The MOT specifies daylight use only, as there are no working lights. The headlight shown in the pictures is for the benefit of the Police, but in fact no lights are required to ride the bike on the road in the daylight. There is an electric horn fitted for the MOT. | The previous owner used the bike for a bit of amateur Enduro and you will see from the pictures that the condition is outstanding. There are all new plastics with Team Badboy graphics (American), recent chain and sprockets, good tyres and new brake pads front and rear. | Upgrades include enduro rear wheel, VHM head, uprated piston kit, V-Force reed valves and a large enduro tank. I have fitted an ignition just for insurance purposes - The insurance is really cheap by the way. Tax is rock bottom as well. | The bike is totally wild on the road and is therefore lots of fun! history but was told it could have been a privateer team bike for supercross/outdoor nationals, I do not have any proof of this but it has got some nice parts on it!! | The engine has been tuned by SELVY perfomance who I am told was the man to tune your Honda`s, the cylinder has his name etched on it which was his trademark. There is a fair bit about Rob Selvy on the internet. | The pipe is NOT as far as i can tell a DG or Pro Circuit but definately not a standard honda pipe! It is a very special one off pipe , but I have no idea who it was made by and it is very light and trick looking?! | It has an Ohlins rear shock which works very well, no leaks and works as it should. | The bike is not mint but is in very good condition for its age and it is clear that it has not had a lot of use.The rear tyre is the original but the front one is not, a good repair has been made to the water pump cover, the rear mudguard is not great but still original as are all the other plastics,the seat has a small tear at the back. | This would make a great race bike, or just nice to have in the garage to look at! As i say, I do not know the full history of the bike but it is very different from a standard 1984 cr250. | Viewing is a must to make sure you are happy, any questions please call Paul on 07969 032930. Hi for sale is my Honda 1989 CR 250 which i have restored over the last 8 months.The chassis is from California so there is absolutely no rust inside,...>

i had the chassis resprayed all new plastics, ally rads and a full engine rebuild all bearings seals and a new piston + gaskets, the bike runs fine but i have not run it in as i thought i would leave it to the new owner. The wheels are original honda but have been rebuilt and all the spokes have been nickle plated looks great. The only thing that needs any attention is the exhaust expansion chamber as it is not 100% perfect but i have no more time to spend on the bike as i have too many projects and need the room, also i have lots of spares for this bike, so give me a ring if you are interested in anything and i`ll let you know.Serious ebayers only please and NO tyre kickers i know what the bike is worth and if your looking for a bike like this then so do you so no silly offers please any more questions call Tom on 07814727243Thanks for looking.CASH ON COLLECTION ONLY X
