cylinder engine (twin exhaust port) and fitting it with stiff suspension, good brakes and chunky spoke wheels designed for fun road use. Being based on a trail bike, it`s light, narrow and supremely easy to throw around, importantly the seat height is`nt as extreme as other bikes of this style so only the shortest of people should struggle :) This bike was owned by a sedate middle aged chap who bought it 2 years/5K miles ago as a replacement for an old XL for light cross town work, suffice it to say he finds it a bit much and is now downsizing.. :) actually being a Honda, unlike the other more extreme `Euro` Supermotos this is perfect at commuting being practical and very easy to ride and live with. The bike is in lovely original condition with some extra improvements, namely the Arrow exhausts (e-marked w/removable baffles) which make the bike sound like it should ;) it also has funky mirrors, mini indicators, Renthals, oil temp gauge and wheel rim tape to sharpen it`s looks. The bike comes with nearly a year`s MOT and Tax so is all ready to ride home. It starts on the button as expected, booming nice and smoothly at tickover, it pulls arms out of sockets with big throttle openings and it runs and rides beautifully. owner and the bike has never been abused. The machine is in good condition with small amount of corrosion on some of the fasteners, but nothing major. I have always used ACF 50 on the bike, so this has helped keep it clean. The tyres are good and should last a few thousand miles. I have changed the oil and filters every 1500 miles and have always used Rock Oil. It is a fun bike to ride and an ideal commuter. Being a 650 it is able to easily cruise at motorway speeds, but is happier around town, slicing through the traffic. It would make a great winter bike or an ideal first bike.
