the fun out of it, im selling it because I have lost interest and do not have the time anymore. I will be honest with the add and say the they bike is in good condition got many trick bits on it that comes with the special edition, such as full akrapovic exhaust system, with carbon tip, carbon tank cover, sxs step seat, orange frame, front disc guard. Along with all the other Ktm goodies, the tyres are worn, but still usualble. The bike has had regular oil changes and, the air filter has always been done, its fast and pulls well in every gear, and jumps lovley, its just had new fork seals. Im looking for a quick sale but do not want to give it away, I need the money for my new passion of off roading. I have all the bag and tools. brought & registared on the 23/3/2010 & has been maintained without fault,oil & filter change every 5 hours, air filter cleaned after every ride, i have had a couple of 250 exc-f`s over the last couple of years & i can honestly say that this Xcf is far more responsive & enjoyable to ride, it has the same spec as the exc, frame,electric start, engine,6 speed gear ratio etc, only difference is it has the cams & CDI unit as the SXF which improves the power delivery & response. Also has Cooling Fan, which comes in handy if you get stuck in the mud alot like me. I`m a average rider in my late 40`s used it for green laneing & some hare & hounds, i`m giving up now & that is why there are so many spares which are listed below with all the extras. Item Description | You are looking at a 2002 KTM250 EXC four stroke electric and kick start Enduro bike...It is in very good condition having recently had a new barrel and piston...we have given it an oil change and added a Brand New set of Plastics...brand new TrailTech sidestand...and it has also just gained a years MOT...starts on the button and is sewing machine quiet...good tyres and chain and sprockets...I have the V5 here showing 3...there`s not a lot more I can say about the bike...the pictures should tell all...I would suggest though that if you are thinking of buying this bike that you come and have a look at it first and try it out...it`s an expensive item to buy just from pictures and we have had it before when people buy bikes over the net without coming to look and then don`t want it...it`s a waste of everyone`s time never mind the faffing about trying to get the sale fees back from Ebay...!...we are a real bikeshop and specialise in Enduro/MX bikes...All Off Road bikes are sold as seen and tested...no warranties given or implied. | You are welcome to come and view the bike at our shop in Baldock, Herts. nearly 6 months, unused. It was bought on a whim and never actually ridden (apart from down the road a few times). The bike can ony be described as extremely good condition (would be immaculate if not for a couple of dings in the exhaust caused by stones when ridden by the previous owner). Since purchase, money has been spent keeping this bike in great condition with many aftermarket additions. There is nothing what-so-ever wrong with the bike, it simply isn`t being ridden and deserves to be. From memory I think the meter is reading something like 40-50 hours riding time from new!It starts on the button everytime, even when hot with no issues whatsoever.As you can see from the photos, the bike is in tip-top shape and comes will all origonal paperwork and a full set or replacement plastics.This bike needs to be ridden to be appreciated; a ridiulously fast and extremely competent crosser.
