The engine oil has been changed after every 2 rides and oil filter every other oil change. Valve clearances have been recently check and all are in within there tolerances. engine stripped and new piston, rings, seals & gaskets, replacement kickstart gear, replacement clutch basket, replacement stator & flywheel, new exhaust front pipe, replacement front sprocket and rear brake pads. Cosmetically it`s had new seat cover, new or replaced and refurbed plastics and a custom graphics fit. You might also notice from the photo`s that me and my mate (who helped with the refurb) got carried away with the polishing kit so nearly all the ally bits have been polished and look the dogs. So basically, if it was broke it`s been replaced and if it wasn`t it`s been refurbished, cleaned and refitted. As a result of all this we have a bike that is nearly 20 years old but is a real head turner and goes like a scolded rabbit! (my mate`s nearly 19 stone and the thing still tries to pop up even when he`s leaning all the way forward!). I`ve spent over £400.00 in parts and I`ve got bills for much of the bits that have been bought for it and any inspection is welcomed. Just email me. March 2010 and ive had loads of fun on it in that time. Since ive had it i have serviced it, changed the oil and put a new plug in it. One of the fork seals was leaking so new seals have been fitted with new fork oil. I also bought a new sticker kit for it which has made it look a bit newer and pretty cool!! It also has a brand new chain on it. The bike is taxed and mot tested until next april and ive used it on and off road lots... however... i will say that the tyres are not technically road legal! but most of you know this is pretty normal with enduro bikes!! Bike is very nippy and runs well. Starts well however the kick start does not always seem to engage properly. This has not caused me a problem and i was going to get it fixed but its a bit beyond my capabilitys and now i need to sell this bike aswell as a gas gas trials bike( see my other items ) because we are moving house. The kickstart will only not engage about 50% of the time when the bike is cold. maybe a spring or something?? I dont know! I am selling the bike with a workshop manual anyway so should be no problem for someone mechanically minded! There are a couple of small wear and tear rips in the seat, naturally a few scratches here and there due to age and use of bike and the blue paint on the frame has worn away from boots rubbing. I spent over 1000 just in parts rebuilding the bike over 6 months. frame and swingarm painted in dark pearlecent green. all new bearings - wheels, swingarm, shock linkage, head stock. brand new battery new gearbox oil and brake fluid forks rebuilt with new seals and oil. rewired loom. 2 finger race levers. 1/4 turn throttle. new sprockets and chain (have 50T and 46T rear sprockets). carb rebuild and tune up. full "big one" exhaust system. supermoto rims laced to origional hubs with brand new avon roadrider tyres. engine rebuild at 100 miles with new crank bearings, piston, rings and little end bearing. head off at 800 miles for de-coke and piston, bore and head check - new head gasket used so have base, carb and exhaust gasket spare. stupid little things like switch gear, rad cap, (unbraked part of) disc`s, and gauge covers also in dark pearlecent green. much more that i cant think of at the moment... it does about 80 - 90 miles to a tank 7£ and the oil lasts a long time. has long mot and tax and is ready to ride away. I have 3 other bikes and have been riding for over 3 yaers now so this has not been ragged to death by a learner rider. It is a quick bike, surprisingley so for a 125, and will easily lift the front wheel in 2nd g X
