Colorado. It was fitted with road wheels and forks and used for road racing. | I meant to get it finished and on the road here but with other projects I have never got round to it and it is taking up space in my garage so I have decided to let someone else finish my project. | The bikes runs and rides but it has not been on the road for a year and still needs to be registered. I have all the paperwork to get this done but I have just not got round to it. The import duty has been paid on it though. | Here is a quick rundown on the bike:- | Front end – xt600e Forks are straight and chrome and seals are good. Caliper and speedo drive work fine and disc is straight. | Seat – needs a new cover. | Plastics – after market, very faded and rubbed down for paint. | Exhaust – surface rust but mechanically sound and dent free. | Rear wheel – 18” Sun metals road rim with stainless spokes and Metzeller rear tyre. | Engine – ported by Bruce Sass and etched 1993 but needs a new gear lever as the current one is bent. | Frame – straight and with numbers but original footpegs have been cut off to fit higher pegs for road racing. The pre-63 weld-on footpegs are available if you want to change this back. | The rest of the bike is standard and the tank is original. | Comes with the purchase receipt and import documentation | We have X | £237.00  | |||||||

superb really stands out from other yzs in my opinion looks better than the alloy frames. whilst it was in bits did all the linkage and shock bearings.it has a few extras that the usual yz dosnt. its fitted with a hydraulic clutch conversion, the carb is spaced further back for more low down tourque, adjustable powervalve damper(it allows you to adjust how quicky the power valve throws open full whack for motocross or toned down to do big hill climbs on enduro so it dosnt chuck you off) and finally metal wrap around handle bar guards which are essential during enduros. when it had its strip down it had new plastics and rockstar graphics. it has oversize footpegs and a blackbird gripper seat with hump. renthal fat bars and pad. its just had a new piston and barrel at a cost of near on £300 at RS racing. comes with spares cables sprockets headlight . it has a fuel tank tap that has a reserve for enduros and a bash plate that i made. it has carbon effect frame guards that are worn but do the job. i have molycoated the chain which is a form of dry lube . piston just fitted needs running in still unless i get a chance not for the faint hearted however you can tame it. if you want a two stroke bike thats not too unpredictable this is the bike for you!!! call tom for details or to view phone:07894686678 X | £1700.00 | |||||||

Work commitments have dictated the time i have had to use it and now upcoming wedding costs are forcing sale. All plastics and engine covers as pictured are still the originals which gives a good indication of the usage. Oil replaced regularly and valve clearances checked. people who have all only used the bike a few times each. My friend who has owned the bike since 2003 (bought at the same time as the Suzuki rm125 I am also selling for him) used it for one practice session and half of one enduro, since then it has been stored in his dry, insulated garage. It is still on the original chain and sprockets.I have drained and replaced the fuel, oil and coolant. Cleaned the spark plug and air filter and given it a wash to remove the dust. The engine starts easily and sounds very crisp, as expected it runs like a new bike.The clutch action is as new. The brakes work perfectly.The original spares kit (piston, gaskets and seals, jets and workshop manual) are all present.The wheels still have that new sheen to them showing absolutley no sign of corrosion. The forks and shock are the same but to be realistic they will need a service to change the oil and gas. There is an insignificant dent in the exhaust and a small tear in the seat cover and the radiator shroud graphics are not present.The paint on the frame has come off around the foot peg area and there are a few chips on the underside.In my opinion it would still be very competitive racing in the modern class.I am also selling for the same person a 1999 rm125 (pictures included) not used for the last 8years, at that time it had a new gearbox and X | £1.00 | |||||||

find out it too slow for me as I have R1. As I find it too slow I start reading in internet and start adjusting a carburator but I`m not mechanic and it definitely will need to be adjusted professionally.As soon as I start messing with carb bike have trouble starting cold from first kick.When its warm it`s starts half of a kick but when cold and it stays in a garage for a few months I find it difficult to start.I`m sure it`s problem with a carburator, because when I bought it bike was starting first or second kick when it`s cold.I`m just want to be as honest as I can.Throttle cable needs replacing but I have a new one which I will give with a bike.Apart of that bike is in good used condition.When I bought the bike previous owner told me that he have full top end rebuild to the bike a few week ago before I bought it.I paid for this bike £1250 ant only have riden 3 timesI`m looking for a quad with more than 250cc that if you have one let me know and we can swap (you buy mine I buy yours usual ebay rules) ;-) with money ither way depending what you haveIf any question give me a call on 07897754482Please only very near offers no time waistersCash on collection only X | £950.00 | |||||||
