ALWAYS warmed up before being ridden. Ive used this bike for my short commute for the last 3 years and it has never let me down. With the right amount of priming kicks it starts very easily.Two new tyres have been put on the bike recently with the rear having covered a few hundred miles and the front sub 50 miles. Scheduled services (3 so far) have been done with approved aprilia dealers. The last one was done very recently at 4664 miles for which i have all the relevant paperwork. Brakepads, chain and sprockets are all in good condition and wont need replacing for some time. There is rust on the exhaust which is the only negative point. This is purely cosmetic and doesnt effect performance. If the buyer was bothered about it it could be remedied pretty easily with a coat of black paint (as is the original colour). Overall this is a super learner legal bike in good condition. I thought when i bought it i`d upgrade it with the optional power valve (supplied separately) however its so nice and quick it wasnt necessary. Even after i passed my test i didnt feel the need to get something more powerful. Selling it as i just dont get to ride it anymore.There is no finance outstanding and it is hpi clear. test and progressed to a bigger bike. The bike is in general good condition but not showroom. It has been well maintained and has recently had a new front brake master cylinder fitted. Unfortunately we were unable to source a genuine part and have had a Yamaha one profesionally fitted, which has also improved the braking. We have always used quality 2 stroke oil and the engine runs very sweet and proved very reliable. It is in standard tune and has not been de-restricted. The tyres are both good and has had little use since the MOT test. Unfortunately we are unable to say what the true recorded mileage is as a short in the wiring caused the main fuse to blow which reset the digital odometer. The short has been repaired but the mileage was lost. I can estimate the mileage based on previous MOT certificates and our usage as 5500 miles. I am sorry but I have had to declare the bike as SORN, so there is no Tax present but it is only £15. This really is a great little bike which is easy to ride but with some style and street cred; a great first bike. Please contact me with any questions or if you wish to view it.
