I was told when I bought it that most of the internal components are interchangeable with the official Yamaha ones, but nothing has ever gone wrong with it for us so have never had need to test this.I bought this bike in 2004 for my son, but he has sadly grown out of it. It has had a fair amount of use in the past, and has patches of rust to show for it, these can all be seen in the photos. It starts fine and as I said previously, I have never had any problems with it - runs like a dream. The gearbox is great for learners as it is a semi-automatic; N, 1, 2, 3. This was a good way for my son to start learning as a clutch can be a bit difficult to use when you are younger. He has always taken good care of it, and there is no notable fall damage.Viewings welcome, but I am advertising this elsewhere so I reserve the right to stop the auction early.
