in Newcastle and the previous owner traded it in after 700 miles as he was using it to travel long distances and found it unsuitable. I was able to cantact him and verify it had been run in properly and taken care of in his ownership.I`ve put the remaining miles on the bike to a total of 3470 miles which is low for a bike of this age. If you`re looking for a motorcycle thats fun, you can`t go past a Duke 2. The handling and power delivery will put a huge grin on your face! I`ve had sportsbikes and trailies in the past and got the Duke as a mix between both. It will out perform sportsbikes through the bends, and the high class suspension is perfect for our ubpredictable British road surfaces. The wide bars and high riding position means it is excellent in traffic and very confidence inspiring without any scary moments. It also comes with extras including: Datatool 3 Cat 1 alarm and immobiliser Official KTM performance exhaust modification, which comprises of the Y piece exhaust link pipe, larger carb jet and airbox mod, increasing power and giving a lovely meaty exhaust note without being too loud. Official KTM handguards. I have all of the original parts including the mirrors and rear footpegs I took off for aesthetic reasons so it could be put back to factory standard in an afternoon. with new maxxis maxx cross tyres front and back, fantastic tyres off road.I am the second owner of this bike, bought it to do some trailing, dont have the time now.Starts on the button new plug fitted, i will try and change the filters and oil but no guarente at all.No cracked plastics and seat not ripped.Speedo does not read as sensor bracket is missing of fork leg.Rear number plate mudguard is broken behind the mudguard, was like that when i bought it, does not make any difference as number plate stops the muck going up your back.Brand new chain and sprockets, just put a 14 on the front but there is also a new 16 that i took off.Brand new varta battery and always left on charge with a battery optimizer.Bike is quite tall on enduro wheels, i am 6,1 and touch ok.She goes very well, will do a wheelie in most gears on or off road.All lights and horn work but no indicators fitted.Bike is currently on SORN and has no MOT as she is just used off road.I have the V5c in my name.Not the original ignition lock or key as they were lost.For any info please contact me on 07730 496697 as i dont always use the pc.Deposit of £50 within 12 hours of auction end via paypal and rest cash on collection only.No deposit no bike, i get to many time wasters.
