Please read this listing carefully before bidding,I`m listing this Bike has spares or repair I brought this Bike myself about 4 weeks ago as a non-runner,to...>
be honest buying it as a non-runner wasn`t a good idea. Parts i`ve replaced to get this Bike running,most of these parts are second-hand as i`m restoring the exact same bike -complete wiring loom -piston head,small ends,new gaskets -clutch/break leavers -coil -cdi unit -complete back light . seat -right-hand side panel Theres probably a few bits i`ve forgotten Good Points -Engine runs as sweet as a nut -All Electrics work,Horn,parking lights,front light high/low,backlight,breaklight Bad Points -This is what needs to be done on the machine,the clutch is slipping,i believe it is probably the release mechanism playing up,needs new ignition as somebody probably put a screwdriver in this one. The exhaust wants sealing properly as it is leaking from the head and back pipe and needs one stud to the front cylindor head. I`ve tried to be as honest as i can,this is why i said about buying a non-runner,you just don`t know what needs fixing. The bike does ride but because of the slipping clutch it needs to be collected by Van. I have rode it around the block,all gears are fine but with the clutch,i wouldn`t reccomend riding home.tax 31/10/12 . mot sep 18/2012 . v5 present Sorry i`ve removed the mirrors as they belong to my other bike,happy bidding Any questions email me,viewing is welcome X
