anywhere and do anything and its really comfortable. Their very reliable very fast and with the intermediate tyres i`ve just put on you can trust putting into any corner it handles exellent. I bought the bike in 2009 because this is a 1999 model with a 2004 engine which gives you the much needed electric start, its in exellent condition for its age mechanically perfect with a recent service, and sounds brilliant with the arrows slip on exhaust. Its got a new battery / speedometer cable / DNA race air filter clean and reuse / race side panel / new intermediate tyres / new front fender (acerbis) / and front fork protecters. The petrol tanks had a few small touch ups to keep it looking good and i resprayed the rear mudgard and panels which are showing a few cracks in the paint not the actual plastics, overall the bike looks, sounds and rides exellent. The pictures showing the bike with intermediates on are as the bike is now, others are showing you how it looks with the spare tank and off road tyres which are road leagal Also 15400 is kilometers not miles. but was so worth it,this bike is very fast and will bring you hours of fun,,a full tank is around 9 litres and will last a days riding easily,,it has the yamaha ypvs powerband which blows other 125 out of the water!! Its had recent new sprockets,chain,brake pads and levers.The rebuild was done less than 10 hours ago,with fresh transmission oil as well. costly and this was the cheapest first bike insurance £220 fully comp at 23 years old. I have not owned this bike long but in the time i have it has been very good to me and very easy to ride. The bike has just ticked over to 7000 miles and was serviced as soon as i got it. I have added a set of gold handle bars to reflect the colour of the wheels and i think they go very well. The Main reason for me selling it is to fund another bike i want (nsr125) as i commute 35 miles a day and the nsr has a better top speed and all round riding position as i`m used to the Road bike style. Ok this is my yzf 250 2005 I brought this bike middle of last year because i wanted to start riding again after being away from mx for a few years it`s been and still is a very good bike it came with a lot of trick bits and bobs on i`ve added new plastics and graphics and other bits and bob i recently brought a second hand fmf exhaust off this site so it now has a power bomb header and fmf (i believe it is the power core silencer). So i`m told by the local motocross shop this was a dixon racing spare machine in 05. blue talon hubs black excel wheels fmf exhaust renthal top triple clamp few blue anodised bits pioneer graphics blue twin wall bars amd a high compression piston I`ll try and add better pictures of the bike showing the parts listed. All in all its been a very good bike and still keeps with the new ones i just want the ali frame model yzf rmz kxf plus cash your way :) with in reason It is a 2005 not 2012 so it`s got wear marks on it. It`s been used but i do keep on top of maintenance. It will have a fresh oil and filter change before it`s sold. I have put a jump pack on it to test all the electrics and they are fine. I have tried to start it, it will start, but runs very rough. So suspect the carbs are in need of a clean and set up at least. Makes sense as it has not been used for so long. Main thing is it will run.It has had a set of R1 Blue spot calipers fitted to the front along with new red brake hoses. The clutch also has had a red line fitted, as well as a new seal kit in the slave cylinder. This all feels good. The bodywork is a bit untidy. The fairing is in Loctite racing colours and the rest original Red/White. It has a Micron exhaust silencer fitted.The rest of the bike is in fair condition. The clocks have just 23k miles on them. I have no history with the bike to prove this mileage. But no reason to think otherwise.It is sold as a spares or repair non running project. SO you will need a trailer or van to take away. Great bikes and with a little work this one should be back on the road ready for summer.You are more than welcome to view the bike before bidding. At some point someone has tried to steal it, so the ignition barrel and fuel cap locks are a little damaged. They still work fine. The only faults I can find is the steering head bearings feel worn and the starter motor doesn`t seem to be working. The bike push starts very easy and it is usable like this.All the electrics work fine, etc. It is currently MOT`s, but the certificate has been lost. So you will need to get it MOT`s again. I do think the head bearings will need changing to pass an MOT. It has road tax till June 2012. You are more than welcome to view the bike before bidding. The bike is located in Romford, Essex.I have the full V5 logbook and a couple of MOT`s and some service history with the bike. Please note you are bidding to buy and not view or barter for the bike. was taken in by me as a nonrunner (cylder bored too much) so i purchest a new one got a new piston and rings and gaskets bolted it up slopped some gear oil in and she runs sweet as a nut. I have gone over this bike plenty of times and there are no problems. ie forkseals, sprockets and chain, tires,brakes are all good so bike is ready for mot i have not done this myself as i have a rm 250 road legal and a hornet 600 i dont need another toy so have not bothered .
